Can I get my money back?
As an individual:
If you cancel up to 48hrs prior, we will refund your registration fee entirely, no questions asked.
If you cancel between 48hrs prior and 24hrs prior, we will refund 50% of your registration fee - and we will ask lots of questions. Just kidding, no questions asked.
If you cancel less than 24hrs prior to the event, we will have incurred all the costs and so we will not be able to refund your registration fee.
As a group of 3 or more:
If you cancel up to one week prior, we will refund your registration fee entirely, no question asked.
If you cancel up to 48hrs prior, we will refund 50% of your registration fee, no question asked.
If you cancel less than 48hrs, we will not be able to refund your registration fee, sorry.
Can I just show up?
You can always just show up and take a chance; we advise booking in advance though.
I have special dietary needs; can I come?
Probably, but it depends on your needs. Contact us and we will let you know.
I have special dietary needs; can I let you know just when I arrive?
Sorry, no. We source our products based on seasonality just for the event you will attend. So if we have not pre-agreed that we can satisfy your specific needs, we will only have available what will be served to all other attendees.
