Le Foodist Terms and Conditions

Please find the terms and conditions of your registration at Le Foodist

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

Because we run small groups, a cancellation at the last minute is a bit of a challenge for both us and other potential participants who did not get a chance to sign-up because the class might have been full for example. Hence, we have developed the following approach:

Please send your notification of cancellation to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Any cancellation at least 10 days prior to the class will result in an immediate full reimbursement

Cancellation between 10 and 3 days prior to the class will result in a 50% partial refund, usable against another Le Foodist experience

Cancellation within less than 3 days prior to the class will not result in any refund, sorry

Minimum Number of Participants:

We require a minimum number of participants to guarantee the classes will take place.

As an indication the numbers are: 4 for Market Visit and French Cooking Class, 4 for French Cooking Class and Lunch (without Market visit), 4 for our Advanced Macarons Class, 4 for our Macarons in Paris and our Chocolate Eclairs Class, 5 for a Wine and Cheese experience, 8 for a Hosted Dinner.

Hence if you have booked for that number of people, you are sure the class will take place.

If you have not booked for that number, do not worry too much – most of our classes get enough participants, and if they do not we make every effort to let you know in time so you can re-organize yourself.

Special Dietary Needs:

While we will try our best to satisfy most special dietary need, we do not guarantee we will be able to do so, and ask that you let us know about those prior to booking to confirm. Failure to do this might result not being able to accommodate your needs but will not warrant a refund. Please note we can not accomodate Vegan or Cow Dairy Free diets in our regular classes.

If on the other hand you let us know at least 72 hours prior to the class, and for some reason we can not fulfil your specific needs on the day of class you have chosen, we will provide either an alternative date or a full reimbursement.

We do accept children 12 and above with their parents; each child less than 16 needs to be accompanied by one parent.  Please contact us if you have questions and / or specific needs regarding your children.
