A Dream Come True in Provence

When Amanda and I started dreaming Le Foodist up (20 years ago) our dream was to take people to the various regions of France, and help them discover the local regional cultures through local food and wines. The idea was simple. Go and cook into the various regions of France, one week at a time. Take the opportunity to discover the region from a gastronomic point of view: meet local producers, visit local markets, taste local wines, eat at great local restaurants, and even learn to cook with local Chefs. And in July 2018 we spent one week in Sablet, Provence. Cooking, Eating, Drinking, Laughing. From tasting wine in Chateauneuf du Pape to eating at Michelin Starred Clair de la Plume, from visiting organic Olive groves in Nyons to the Proven├žal market of Vaison la Romaine, it was quite magical.
