Join our Chocolate Eclairs Class in Paris, and let one of our Pastry Chefs, using some of the freshest ingredients, show you how to make the most versatile French pastry dough: choux pastry. It can be turned into delicious pastries, simply by using a pastry bag to make fillings with crème Chantilly, Vanilla Cream or Pistachio as you will find them in many French bakeries.
You can also turn these puffs into the quintessential French wedding cake: the Croquembouche – a pyramid of puffs, with a caramelized syrup holding everything together. And of course, just filled with ice cream and topped with chocolate, you will make the most delicious dessert: profiteroles.
All this to be followed with teatime of course, before leaving with bags full of your delicious creations!
All last but not least, all this will be followed with teatime of course, before leaving with bags full of your delicious creations!
BEST PLACE EVER!!! This was a professional class with amazing, friendly instructors that somehow got a bunch of mediocre bakers to produce some beautifully scrumptious chocolat éclairs. I would give them 100 stars, but unfortunately, I can only do 5. My parents dropped off my sister and I to do this cooking class tired and grumpy, but we came back with overstuffed stomachs and huge smiles. They had a comfortable waiting room where my parents could sit and one of the other chefs talked to them for a while, and everybody was extremely friendly. I feel like I learned a lot but also had a ton of fun. Definitely recommended!!

My 16-year-old niece and I took this class with Anne and it was the highlight of our trip to Paris! We had so many laughs and will remember this experience always. It turned out that we were the only 2 who signed up this particular evening and Le Foodist still let the class run, which was so kind of them. We had individual attention and learned so much about technique and ended up with almost 30 delicious cream puffs and eclairs. Anne was so welcoming and kind and had a lot of patience with us. Le Foodist is a wonderful place full of friendly staff, lovely decor, clean and incredibly wonderful teachers! I highly recommend this experience and will definitely do another class next time I'm in Paris.

My husband and I made cream puffs and eclairs with Amanda during our honeymoon in Paris. We had a wonderful time - the Le Foodist kitchen is absolutely beautiful, and it was a pleasure to spend the afternoon with Amanda. We learned a lot and enjoyed delicious results. I highly recommend Le Foodist - it was a truly wonderful and unique experience that helped make our stay in Paris memorable.

Discovering culture through food is what we want to do when we travel. So we have developed all our experiences with that simple idea in mind: ensure that you learn both about the topic at hand, but also about French culture in the process. So in our food tours, we will talk about the history of various aspects of French food, in our cooking class in Paris about how certain dishes became so important in our culture. During our wine tastings, we will explore the regional differences in French culture. And, a regional residential holiday is an opportunity to deep dive French food culture to its core and foundation: the regional gastronomies, and the concept of terroir.
