Advanced Macarons in Paris

Macarons require a few steps and tricks to make perfectly; in this class we will show you those and you will get to practice so you feel confident you can make those at home on your own.

You will also discover the difference between French and Italian meringues, and get to taste a savoury filling - which to most is quite a very good surprise.

After making your macarons, we will taste them at teatime and share some of our stories about French culture.

Last but not least, you will leave with a box full of macarons - when we say a box, we mean something like 20 to 30 macarons ...
