On Line Cooking Classes
We see it as our mission to propose experiences to help people discover culture through food.
But we also recognize that many of our clients want to learn specific techniques or recipes. And sometimes people took one class with us, but will not have time to take another during their short stay - so much to do in Paris, we understand!
So we have created and made accessible a range of classes to help.
If you think there is a particular class, topic, recipe which you would love to see her, just let us know at

We thought that the idea of getting to recap what we had seen at Le Foodist, but then go deeper was great. Not only did it answer all the questions we had, it also answered questions we did not know we should have had :-) And seeing how it is actually done in a real bakery in Paris was a definite bonus. Great job Le Foodist and thank you!

Discover French Culture through Other Food Experiences
Discovering culture through food is what we want to do when we travel. So we have developed all our experiences with that simple idea in mind: ensure that you learn both about the topic at hand, but also about French culture in the process. So in our food tours, we will talk about the history of various aspects of French food, in our cooking class in Paris about how certain dishes became so important in our culture. During our wine tastings, we will explore the regional differences in French culture. And, a regional residential holiday is an opportunity to deep dive French food culture to its core and foundation: the regional gastronomies, and the concept of terroir. Follow the links to explore further.
