Choux Pastry is the basis for many delicious sweet French pastries: Chocolate Eclairs, Cream Puffs, but also Profiteroles, Paris Brest, Religieuse and the traditional French Wedding Cake: Pièce Montée (known as Croquenbouche).
Of course they come filled with Vanilla or Chocolate Crème Pâtissière and Chantilly – and topped with different glazed toppings. So you will learn how to make all those, and even when and how to best freeze you creations so you can always prepare home-made pastries in minutes or plan for a bigger event.
After making your Choux, we will taste them at teatime and also share some of our stories about French culture.
Last but not least, you will leave with a box full of chocolate eclairs and cream puffs – and when we say a box, we mean a lot of pastries …
